How much can I get from Provost scholarship?
Hello everybody, I'm new here! I want to know if I can even get the provosts scholarship offered at IU.
My cumulative unweighted GPA is around 3.55. My ACT is 34 superscore, best 33 composite. Yes, I know what a contrast! But my weighted GPA is 3.89.
Since Provosts scholarship based solely off numbers (afaik), approximately how much could I anticipate?
I would be interested in hearing how much you got with your stats!

How Do You Find Out About Kelley Decision
I was just curious how one finds out about the decision for Kelley. Does it show up on an email? Snail mail ? etc. I see where they say it takes 4- 6 weeks to find out from the date of admission the the university, but I believe I have seen some folks getting notified in 2-3 weeks. I am not sure if this is accurate but thanks in advance for the info.

Thanksgiving Break and Residence Halls
Question for any current students, are the residents halls open during break? My D is a freshman and she is coming home for break but since the Rutgers football game is a home game she wants to go to the game and we were going to drive down, go to the game with her and then bring her home on Saturday.
It looks like on the RPS page that all dinning halls are closed on Saturday through the break. Trying to figure out if she stays on campus that Friday night is there an extra charge to stay in her room. If the dinning halls are closed then it would seem they expect most students to leave on Friday.

How long until response?
I submitted an application to IU on October 8th, and still haven't received a response. I got the link to the portal about a week after, and it still says the same "Thank you, your application is complete, etc.)
For those who have been admitted already, when did you submit your application and when did your portal get updated?

Kelley Notification
My son informed today that he was admitted to Kelley.However, when I go on the portal, all it states is that he is admitted to the University, which was the initial message I received.
I was just curious if the Kelley notification is eventually on the portal, and do they send a notification in the mail?

Should I Have Son Call?
My son was nominated for Indiana University's Wells Scholar program. The website says nominees will be notified either way as to whether or not they are Finalists "in mid-November." I have seen a thread on CC indicating a few nominees have already been notified, 2 said they weren't Finalists, 1 said s/he was a Finalist. What I don't know is whether or not all notifications have been made or whether notifications are still in process. I am wrestling with whether or not I should have son call, and if so, how much longer should we wait.
I don't want son to call and look pushy if they are still in process of making decisions. But, if all notifications have been made, son should have received an email and he has not - not even in spam. There's a lot of nominees, so it's a longshot type of award. But if by some lucky stroke son is a Finalist and something funky happened with the email, he'll never know that he was a Finalist; there could be action required, such as a deadline to accept an invitation to the Finalist weekend that takes place in early December.

Umail setup issue
I'm trying to sign into the School App but I need a school email to sign in. The problem is when I try to set it up it get an error page that says "G Suite - Invalid Email". Does anyone know how to get passed the issue?
