I'm a current freshman at IU who has had a lukewarm first few months in my current dorm. I'm on an honors floor, and though I thought that this would be a good way to meet other academically-focused freshman, my floor is half sophomores and upperclassmen, which makes it hard to meet new people. Would it be reasonable to apply for the Collins LLC for my next year? I'm not sure how many sophomores and up transfer in, and I wouldn't want to make a freshman uncomfortable by going random. The main draw for me is the so-called Collins community, and I have gotten along well with everyone who I have met who lives there.
